El gobierno creo la Empresa Nacional de la Coca (ENACO) en 1949 con el fin de salvaguardar las tradiciones que giran en torno a la hoja de coca. Durante la convención única de estupefacientes de 1961, firmo los acuerdos con la única condición de que no se consideraran obligados a tipificar como delito el cultivo licito o ilícito de la hoja de coca. Each semester the call for those interested in belonging to the LAB is opened. ALL CATS are welcome. The only requirement is to be a student enrolled, teacher, graduate with a degree obtained or be linked to work.
